The Cool Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Substitute
Nice Cloud Vapor is one of several companies that offer flavored e-juice and liquid smokes. Now the U.S. Meals and Drug Management have issued caution letters to an additional ten companies, including Great Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (doing business as Puff Bar) caution them to eliminate their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from industry immediately because they don’t possess the appropriate premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids happen to be popular with young adults, but that adults also need to be protected against the over-selling of the products by adult consumers. Based on the FDA’s warning letters, some of the e-liquids involved had no flavor; however, these were being offered accessible in candy bars disguised as a healthy snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a supplement and a sports drink. These claims were misleading, the FDA says, because no FDA regulatory benchmarks or laws exist to modify health supplements and sports drinks. The company’s application for a non-prescription industry distribution label specifically stated that the product could be used as a supplement. It was not designed for use as a sports sip or an athletic supplement, according to the FDA.
Whenever a customer purchased Puff Bar, he or she should have understood that the product was intended for the consumption of candies, not nicotine gum, and that the tastes were added after the manufacturing process. Based on the FDA, Puff Bar included nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical known as atrazine, which are a harmful carcinogen. As the agency says that atrazine will not cause cancer, it really is listed on the packaging because the ingredients that could cause the product to get misused, if ingested, by children, or someone who shouldn’t be consuming the product.
The FDA says that because the manufacturers did not include precise statements or warnings concerning the potential hazards of the merchandise, the business’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation would be that the product was designed for people who chew gum. Parents of small children would not choose to give their kids puff bars as a snack. They would probably think that the product was more dangerous when compared to a candy bar. The only way to ensure that consumers usually do not become victims of false marketing would be to strictly regulate the production of e-liquids. Companies cannot use vague words or symbols on labels or product packaging that claim that a product is acceptable for sale when it is certainly not.
Puff Bar was one of the e-liquids manufactured by Cool Cloud Vapor Company. The company had other e-juice products including several premium brands, several which had a range of what flavors do puff bars can be found in. When I purchased my Awesome Cloud Vaporizer, I was looking to purchase a product that didn’t have any flavorings in it and therefore did not interest me. I was inappropriate.
Upon opening the box, I pointed out that the puff container looked a lot like the container for an everyday cigarette. It also held a fairly massive amount nicotine, which managed to get difficult to carry onto while smoking as the entire oral cavity of the disposable system was filled up with the whitish color of smoking. I viewed the ingredients list for Puff Bar and found that it contained a similar things that I have come to expect from all of Cool Cloud’s other products: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only real difference between the product and the other products was that product did not consist of any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device in to the baggie provided by Nice Cools Vaporizer, I pressed the bottom of the mouthpiece softly on my lips to begin with smoking immediately. Immediately, my throat hit a good warm spot on the trunk of my throat that was not found during smoking any traditional cigarettes. My 2nd puff sent a hurry of taste through my lips which lasted limited to a second and then my throat hit another hot spot that lasted just a couple of seconds. I exhaled little by little while my eyes scanned the room for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, only ash.
After inhaling the first puff, my palate quickly filled with sweet lemon juice, followed by a gentle pepper to taste. Following the 3rd puff I experienced a lovely and tangy taste with a hint of bitterness. After the fourth puff I pointed out that the nicotine had settled properly into my lungs, presenting me each of the nicotine I needed to complete the entire session and never have to worry about getting a bad buzz from it.
